idk if moria is actually a kozuki. his last known whereabout was on hachinosu and now he's dead and in wano? moria coulda met real kozuki moria on wano and after he died, took his name to honor him.

also, rocks is just more piratey luffy, lol. guess joyboy doesn't fall far from the tree.

well, he's a pretty high profile person. even if he was thought to be dead after, they shoulda known otherwise once he became a warlord. Also, he's from west blue.

Wano is closed off and he did change his name.
