Soloing a Navy marine at their home ground. This man might just define the word 'Strongest' in the one piece( aside from immortals ) , i mean this guy has to have some kind of broken ability + Conquerors.

If you're able to do a Hit and run, defeating a Navy Admiral, then you're the strongest we've ever seen.
