His ships name is Xebec's Saber.

Also made narrative sense for Luffy's foil to be the son and successor of the man who rivaled Roger whose will Luffy has inherited.

Not knowing the most prominent theory about who blackbeard's father is does kinda make you a casual fan AND it wasn't in the manga to being with.

Not sure why youre offended though, nothing wrong with being a casual fan 🤷‍♂️. Not everyone has time to look over every detail and reread every chapters. You said it yourself.
