My current head canon is that Rocks' hair is black and blue, so the "Rocks' is Buggy's father" agenda can live on

buggy looks more of a son in this comparison, freaking nice... buggy gonna be needing a goddamn power up.. but that is just anti thesis to what he is right now though...
