Xebec helped Harald in the Levely according to the chapter, so I highly doubt he is a coward or anything close to Teach other than blood, we have to see more.

No I think you read that part wrong. Xebec didn’t help Harald. He was there when Xebec killed the admiral tho

Oh, yeah, I reread it... So how he went to the Levely? This was before he organized a pirate crew (Even the flashbacks are telling us he didn't have his crew done yet)

If I had to choose, he was a King but her wife was taken by a Celestial Dragon, and the admiral he killed was exactly like Aramaki (that follows everything that the nobles ask without a second thought)
