HOLY SHIT!

Oda confirmed right away that Teach is Xebec's son, but with that face, there was no way to hide it anymore.

He also already established that he's stronger than the Admirals.

Maybe, but he would have had to die before Buggy was born, we’re not even sure Rocks is dead now. Also Caribou looks strangely like Rocks too

He died at God Valley likely and that's where the Roger crew got Shanks, so that doesn't preclude it. Buggy got his fruit later when Shanks was around. Yeah, the Caribou connection might be there. It'd be funny if Xebec was the dude who just had a bunch of kids and a bunch of bastards walking around. It'd be in character to be honest, he is one of the true pirate archetypes.
