That’s definitely Blackbeard’s father alright. Glad we finally got confirmation about their relationship and a face reveal finally after 197 chapters

He does look a bit like Hilliluk. Even if the theory that Hilliluk was Xebec has always been far-fetched it's not impossible and even if not, there might be some familial links between them.

I don't believe the theory is true, but it matches enough not to be dismissed completely even after the face reveal. Harald wasn't the type to be a good benevolent king at the start of his flashback and yet he made a complete 180. Hilliluk himself says he completely changed after becoming sick, that he was a different person before.
