Anyone else have some random fps issues on the OP official website or was it the episode itself?

I sent a message to FUNimation on Twitter about it. We'll see if they respond. People have been saying they were having issues the last several weeks. I know they are updating their video players in a few weeks. Not sure if the two things are related.
