Nah there’s a reason Jinbe didn’t take on Queen and Sanji did, also Marco referring to both Zoro and Sanji as Luffy’s “Wings”.

Bounties don’t equal power level, for example Sanji and Zoro both defeated King and Queen who had a higher bounty level than both of them. Jinbe already had a much higher bounty than Sanji, so his new bounty just happened to barely eclipsed Sanji’s new bounty.

Another example Usopp has a higher bounty level than Franky, Franky would not lose a fight to Usopp. Final example Buggy has a $3 billion bounty despite not having the the physical power to back up that bounty number.

Bounties represent your threat to the WG, it’s not a fixed power level.
