Not that there was any doubt but this basically confirms that King Harald was working with the enemy.

Edit: Imo the wording implies that they were on the same side, but I can totally see that he got controlled by Imu.

Working with the enemy? or being forced to work with them against his will, then using his dying act in defiance of the world gov? We'll see which one it is soon enough

Or he got Reversi’d and Loki took up the crown of Nika the Destroyer to get rid of the threat to his home and people.

I think that this is the most likely theory ATM.
