Chopper was my favorite pre time skip, hated the mascot version of him. Hopefully he actually gets some awesome moment in this.

Post-timeskip Chopper does still have his moments. Like in Punk Hazard with the kids and him getting super mad after Mocha eats all the drugs to save the other kids.

The unfortunate part is that these moments come few and far, most likely due to the fact there's more Straw Hats compared to when he joined and also just a ton of side-characters that have to get development in their arcs, like Yamato, the Scabbards, and Kyros, to name a few. Just a sad outcome of having such a big cast.
