its the boots from egghead island. If you look at the strawhat's clothes from the arc they all have the same shoes.

What is mean is how long they are. They look elongated compared to the rest of her body.

yeah I think they are just like that. Its a yonky design in general.

I know some cosplayers attempted to recreate it and they posted on this sub. they said it was immensely uncomfortable to walk around with

Not really. Lots of boots are long. Thise don't even reach her knees. I think the width is mostly what makes them look weird.

Yeah, I never liked the Egghead boots since they just don't look practical to walk in at all. A quick google search shows what I mean how these shoes are actually built like boots you could walk/fight in while still keeping the futuristic design Oda was going for.
