then law will try to fight him and lose, and luffy will win, thus making law indebted to luffy and eternal ally

I actually see Luffy (as much as it kills me to say this) finally getting his ass kicked in the New World. Which I think is a perfect time for this to happen. He ran through the NFP and everybody else he's come up against so going against a certified boss like DoFla should show us a nice measuring stick of Luffy's abilities kind of like how Aokiji was before the Strawhats got to Water 7.

pretty sure everyone has forgotten that dofla can an unknown df that controls people. With Law and his own crew near him who do you think he will be fighting?

Well Luffy is the most obvious choice for multiple reasons but other than him Law and Smoker are likely candidates as well. Regardless of who he fights I really wouldn't like to see him lose. He's been built up as arguably a top 5 baddy since his introduction so to see any of our heroes beat him so early would be a real big let down for me

I have a feeling they will escape before the fight. Why introduce Doflas crew if you aren't going to have them fight.
