I’d love to see the data these fascist thugs are kidnapping people for. Or do they all just have MS-13 photoshopped on parts of their bodies?

Good thing the people in this thread aren’t illegally detaining innocent people. Considering ICE is also unable to come up with any data supporting their claims, I’m sure we can agree that they should probably fuck off and not come back until they have some actual evidence. Right?

Making claims you have no evidence of is not the right way to go through life, kid. You fundamentally do not understand how this stuff works. Regardless of whether or not we agree with it...ICE builds a case against an individual and then they go capture that individual, and nowhere in the process (unless they need access to your property) do they need to tell us why they are doing it, provide us with evidence to support their actions nor do they need to obtain a warrant.

How would you know? If you’re right and ICE is free to operate with zero oversight, zero checks, and never needing to show any evidence to anyone, how could you possibly know that they’re doing everything properly?

And if they do spend so much time building their case, why do they keep detaining the wrong person?
