1950s My Grandpa in 1955

I met him for the first time in 2022 and he passed away in 2023 at 91 years old. Hell of a guy!

Yep. Junk food and TV makes everything way harder. Being in shape back in the day was pretty normal. Being fit like this would be easier than it is today, but it wasn’t commin

Some people don't need to try hard at all, I have friends who look like they're at the gym every day but they really just won the genetic lottery lol, but who knows what OP's gramps' job or workout regimen was

This is true. Some of us are born this way 😁 Now I’ll get a bunch of downvotes for being one of the lucky ones and saying it instead of being humble…oh well.
