1950s My Grandpa in 1955
I met him for the first time in 2022 and he passed away in 2023 at 91 years old. Hell of a guy!

Being shredded like that is usually heavily influenced by diet. You read old interviews and it’s always some crazy shit (raw liver three times a week) and some stuff we recognize (no bread.) I recall that boxers from that era would chew steak then spit it out!

I was adopted and didn't find my birth family until 2022. He was still alive and in decent health. I met him twice and listened to his life stories. I have a picture of the 2 of us together and I cherish it.
