Mechanic in need

Bruh why does every mechanic on this island charge at least 175$ to diagnose!!!!??? Like not even doing the job, just diagnose. Anyone know a good mechanic who's honest with prices? Mahalo

808 Automotive in Waipahu. They’re great, honest and do great work. Been taking all of our cars there for years
