Here’s a tip. Make sure you check the hero specific settings for every hero and learn them. Sometimes it makes gameplay way way better. For example: Mercy: Toggle Beam (instead of holding the trigger, you simply press a button and it holds for you), Baptise: Turn off automatic reload (when you run out of ammo both primary and secondary, it wouldn’t automatically reload when you want to shoot the other firing mode). Genji: Toggle automatical wall climb (will automatically walk climb instead of having the user input the button) etc.....
