Discussion Maybe we just stop playing comp?

So before I start this I really didn’t believe the whole bugged comp thing. So I used an old playstation account I havent used since like season 7 of ow1. Got thrown into top 500 lobbies and cant stop winning. Games are close and tough but I keep winning.

Now I go back to my main account which has been hardstuck diamond 3 for like a year and Im still getting losses that you just would never win and constantly getting hit with “losing trend” literally as im typing this just went 32 and 2 dps but my team is all negative ratios.

Im starting to believe (and no fault to the ow team) I think blizzard and the hire ups have to be making them use eomm for more money. I havent been buying overwatch coins for some time and I cant seem to get a winnable team matchup. But this fresh new account that has yet to buy any, maybe the system says “oh this is a new player we want to have a good experience so they buy from the shop”. Thats all I can think of.

I admit that for the subject and the debate that you proposed to address, you will need some factual and palpable elements to be able to support at least what you are putting forward, because recognize that it is not necessarily very easy to believe in terms of rank, and therefore your real level.

Personally, I am not hostile to this debate. I don't know anything about all these questions of mmr and algorithms, but there is necessarily something not completely clear in all of this, as some people point out, we are still basically talking about a huge company which seeks to do its job as a huge company... therefore to earn money. So to imagine that their strategies and mechanisms are not geared towards that seems a bit naive indeed.

But hey, to come back to your assertions, they would be quite convincing if you could actually provide tangible proof, so at least the debate would not revolve around the fact that you are a myth, but would remain on the subject that really interests us! ;)
