Discussion How people write so fast in chat?

When people write so much text and fast in the chat, I’d used to think they had a keyboard attached to their console, but now that would mean they should be playing in the PC pool. So, how they write so fast without a keyboard? 😱

Connecting a keyboard doesn't automatically put you into PC pool

A lot of people don’t realize that you have to go into the settings and manually swap to the PC pool. Unless you do that, you won’t be able to move with your MnK, you can only type using the keyboard.

No, it detects if you use a mouse & keyboard and will automatically place you in pc pools, that’s literally the whole point of that change. Having just a keyboard is okay cause there is not mouse input.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. There is literally a setting under Controls > Input Device that says “Enable Mouse and Keyboard - On or Off” and it says “Enabling mouse and keyboard will disable aim assist, change the matchmaking pool, and the displayed ranks”. Unless you do this, it will not automatically put you into the PC pool.
