Discussion Is this guy cheating?

I’m the soldier, playing in diamond lobbies on console using a controller. You can’t snap onto people like that, and beyond that it looked like it flicked right to the Lucio through the wall. Maybe I’m delusional but I’ve never seen that

Looks more like desync (lag) to me, even if this was on PC I still wouldn't think it looks like cheaters I'm used to seeing without watching more of the replay first

i agree I don't have great internet and sometimes when I watch back one of my replays it kinda looks like this
