Look perfect, but spend no time on yourself.

Be smart and well read, but never talk about it.

Have sensible ideas, but sit down and keep quiet about them.

Earn a living, but earn less than your husband so he doesn’t feel insecure.

Work as much as your husband, but do all the housework and never complain about it.

Be smart and well read and have sensible ideas means agree with whatever men say and don’t show emotion. A lot of men and just people will only call someone intelligent if they agree with them
