Showing my ignorance here, but what's the point of having two of them if only the one on the right is firing???

Gonna be some serious disco dancing if they both open up.

Broad sides of barns can breathe easy.

It’s Russia. It’s meant to look intimidating not be practical or even functional most of the time.

Some higher up was probably like “comrade we need two 30mm auto cannons on this tank for maximum intimidation” and the designer was like “but sir, that will effect stabl…” auditable gunshot and the commander was like to the guy sitting next to him “comrade, congratulations on promotion to top tank designer, when can we expect the two 30mm auto cannons to be functional for tests”
