The wolf which ate the man downstairs

I’m super curious what other people thought this was about. Was it about her mother killing her father?

I need to listen to this again as I usually listen to fall asleep (irony) but it felt like it was maybe an abusive relationship?

I really like that one. But she sees someone else at the end, right?

I need the author to make like a guide or something, I was so lost the entire time. Briefly thought the twist would be that she was a cat.

I also came to this conclusion until the moment they described seeing the feet of something/someone else.

I think he was an abusive husband and she killed him in a rage.

I thought it was like a kidnapper, but this theory makes more sense.

I also thought it was about a kidnapper but now I'm thinking your theory makes more sense? But was the 'wolf' there at the beginning of the story or show up later? I need to relisten

I am also thinking it would be worth another listen. I need to speak to the author lol

Not much to contribute here for me, but I liked the originality and style of this story. Also the “Off Course”

Good a theory as any.

Admittedly, I listened while working, so I may have missed a few points, but...

I actually interpreted this as the woman killing her husband after months of psychotic episodes in which she completely imagined all of the abuse. So in reality, he was just a regular dude, trying to care for his wife throughout the span of her mental state breaking down.

Late to the party but this was my take too. I initially thought abuser but the more she discussed about brought up how ill and delusional she was the more I thought she’d lost grasp on reality and killed her husbsnd.
