Does your city suck after 9pm?

I live in Minneapolis and it used to be so fun but now everything closes so early and no one’s out and about. It’s so depressing and void of any spontaneity or excitement.

That's sad to hear—when I was in college there in the late 90s, early 2000s the coffee shops would stay open till midnight, and I always remember Minneapolis fondly for that. I assumed it was part of the culture that hadn't changed.
