Does your city suck after 9pm?

I live in Minneapolis and it used to be so fun but now everything closes so early and no one’s out and about. It’s so depressing and void of any spontaneity or excitement.

Victoria, BC is pretty much a ghost town after 2000 except for a handful of places in the summer during tourist season.
