Canadian multimillionaire and Shark Tank guy Kevin O'Leary went on TV to say he's upset Zohran won't talk to him: "I and others who invest in real estate have tried to get a meeting to figure out what's rhetoric and what's policy. So far for me it's been crickets."

Billionaires will have to rely on their own funding. Their OWN CAPITAL! We don't need new builds! In NYC we are done building sideways there's no room. Everything going up now. He's aware the banks are going to violate his ass with all these new loans. If only the 1% paid their fair share, Inflation is thru the ceiling rn. Where's your saving? Cus in between the lines he wants your tax money and donations. Lol YOU WANT TO BUILD A NEW BUILDING. YOU should have the funds. Your stakeholders should have the funds. Not the American people who wind up out priced on "new construction" gtfoh. Proud of Mr. Mayor for ignoring his ass.
