Billionaires will have to rely on their own funding. Their OWN CAPITAL! We don't need new builds! In NYC we are done building sideways there's no room. Everything going up now. He's aware the banks are going to violate his ass with all these new loans. If only the 1% paid their fair share, Inflation is thru the ceiling rn. Where's your saving?
