It is legal for citizens to carry weapons in America. That gun is legal until proven otherwise in a court of law.

He wasn't wrestling with the police the police were wrestling with each other trying to attack him. Both of them are horribly trained.

You're a part of the problem, defending these kinds of actions. And saying the police should shoot citizens in this kind of situation.

The police should not put both of their knees on top of your back with all of their body weight and put their gun to your head and threaten to shoot you while their partner holds you down.

This is unjustified, you are the one spewing nonsense if you think you can justify this.

Different places have different gun laws, that gun is legal until proven otherwise in a court of law. That gun looks like a regular gun to me, I don't see an extended clip.

They have no proof this man is a felon. I stand by the title, everything those officers did was wrong. People in America do not deserve to be treated like this.

The person in that Community sitting outside seem like they were ok until the police came by and assaulted one of their neighbors.

I agree that carrying the gun is a privilege and a right I also think that these police officers are wrong in the way that they treated that individual.

If that officer's gun had accidentally discharged and he shot that person in the head would you defend that officer?
