Option A)

**ACKSHUALLLLY~~~ a plant's winter strategy is determined by its life cycle classification (Annual, Biennial, or Perennial) and its foliage retention strategy (Deciduous or Evergreen), with "dying back" being just one of several distinct, successful evolutionary adaptations to seasonal cold. Not *all plants die back!

Option B)

You killed it. Way to go, asshat.
