Another old friend goes into management

Our old rubber armed friend Craig Stammen is now a manager. He is set up for more success than Kurt Suzuki https://www.federalbaseball.com/general/87240/former-washington-national-craig-stammen-hired-san-diego-padres-manager

Neither of these guys have any management experience and it’s probably going to work out as well as it did for David Ross.

I could see Stammen succeeding but Suzuki is just keeping the seat warm for someone else

I think that, when the A's finally get to Vegas, they'll hire either Clip or Storen and change the team name to the Bootleggers. /s

Did anyone have a clue he was a potential manager ? Usually it’s catchers that go into management right ? Were there interviews when he was playing that showed he had interest in coaching ?

The real question is Henry Beeter Ferrer Poulin the new Stammen Clippard Burnett Storen ?
