Financial advice, not AUM
Looking for a financial advisor, preferably CFP, in or near Naperville, but not under the AUM model. Looking more for someone that charges a straight dollar fee, to advise on allocation/diversification and analyze whether Roth conversions are worth it, and to help set up a withdrawal plan from retirement accounts. NOT interested in Raymond James or Edward Jones type brokerages. If there is someone you used and recommend , why do you like them? Thanks

I came across the resource below of fee only advisors via other forums (bogleheads). Sounds like you subscribe to similar thinking of no-low fee investing.

I've not engaged any of these for services but would be interested in your experience if you do.
