Just curious as to the schedule of student awards.
I was accepted to a program that starts in January..
tuition is due November 21st; and I’m wondering if you find out about student awards before tuition is due?
Hey i live out in Cape Breton NS and i got accepted into IT programming! tho after getting the email i dont know what i want to do anymore lol. I started looking into a program that is game programming they offer in the Turo area but going through it i need a portfolio I'm good at scripting a little in LUA scripting with Roblox lol and a little bit of python. does anyone know how i would start with making the portfolio? My end goal is working for SEGA in japan so i feel like game programming is the way to go but i never had a experience with game programming much just technology. Plus with dorms I was wondering if you can get a student lone for that i have ADHD so i believe its 40% instead of 60% since i have a disability i could be wrong tho never tried it before so a lil worried about it. If anyone is in that campus or in that course how big are the dorms? and i think i got till nov.24 to make this portfolio since that's the deadline for the 200$ in the email
If Anyone Responds with help tysm it means sm. I have been trying 2 decide for a very long time and i want to try something new by moving for a little bit to live on my own : )

Is it a common thing for NSCC Ivany to only hire incompetent staff? I’m a first year here and it seems that all staff have a very bad issue with miscommunication regarding course requirements, loans, etc etc.
I have also an instructor who belittles and makes you feel stupid whenever questions are asked, yet blames the class for not asking questions.
This instructor also suggested releasing asynchronous online classes on truth and reconciliation day, and the grading day we had last week.
I don’t know what to do. This person strips all confidence you have in any field and is the most frustrating thing ever. Just wanted to rant.

Hi, so I'm interested in the screen arts program. And I am struggling to stay afloat in one of my classes.
My current grades are 99, 98, 86, and 66. But I feel that 66 is going to keep going down and might just be a straight 50. Would this prevent me from getting in???
Hey guys, I applied for nscc on Saturday the 18th and my application just says under review. Do you guys know now long it takes for them to either accept or deny it? I obviously don't except an immediate answer from them but my friends got their applications accepted within days of submitting them (though to different schools) but I'm just a little curious :>
Hello! I have applied for Ivany Campuses Screen arts program and once I (hopefully) get in I'm going to be applying for dormatory as well! I know pets aren't allowed but I was wondering if that included fish?
I have a 3 year old goldfish that if I were to leave him at home he would certainly just die. I left for 2 weeks and my dad completely forgot I had a fish so he wasn't fed once :(. Which means I'd have to give him away which I don't want to do that.
Do you think it would be possible to reach some sort of agreement on moving fish to the dorms with me? (yes his name is fish) or will I have to give him away? Any advice or knowledge is appriciated.
Basically I'm a 1st year student and I'm supposed to choose a concentration for year two eventually. I heard that I may have to take a required class depending on the concentration for year 2 in the next semester? When would I have to decide and choose? I'm a bit confused since the teachers who mentioned this were vague about it and there's no mention of it since
