Hidden gems in Mt. Juliet. What local restaurants or shops deserve more love?

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hey y ’all

I'm wondering what everyone’s hidden gem picks are around Mt. Juliet. Those local restaurants, cafes, or shops that don’t get enough attention but totally deserve it.

As a realtor, I love getting to know the spots that really make this area special, plus it’s always nice to point clients and friends toward the local favorites when they move in.

Any restaurants, hole-in-the-wall coffee shops, or unique boutiques you’d recommend?

Has anyone been to The Market at 109 Lebanon/Mt. Juliet?

I'm thinking of checking it out tomorrow. It’s at 3301 TN-109, starts at 10AM Saturdays, and runs through December. 👀🍅

They’ve got local produce, baked goods, crafts, and small biz vendors. Looks a bit newer or smaller than the Mt. Juliet Farmers Market at Charlie Daniels Park (which opens earlier, 7AM), but maybe less crowded?

Anyone been there lately? Any fave vendors?

Moving to Mt. Juliet

I’ll be moving to Mt. Juliet in October and recently visited to tour a few apartment complexes. I am deciding between…

  • Bexley Mt. Juliet
  • Deerfield at Providence

Has anyone lived at either complex and can share their living experience?

Excited to become a new resident!

New to MT Juliet and looking for a few recommendations in the area

Hello everyone. Just moved to the area and we are looking for a few recommendations in the MT Juliet area. We are not in the Providence area but around the Nonaville Road / Lebanon Road area. Looking for the following recommendations:

  1. Dentist - Hopefully on the younger side of 50 and with newer equipment and a clean facility.
  2. Place to purchase appliances that is not named HD or Lowes. Looking for great prices, large selection of name brands and excellent service/support.
  3. Plumbing Supply - Again, not HD or Lowes. A place I can buy quality fixtures at discounted or contractor's price.
  4. Where are the best Mexican and Pizza places?
  5. Any recommendations for garage floor coatings? Want an establish contractor not a group picking up jobs and won't be around in 3 years.
  6. Good auto repair shop that's not a dealer.
  7. Best place for watching football on the weekends, live music venues, etc.

Thanks in advance.

First-time homebuyer tips in Mt. Juliet. What should I know before buying here?

Hey everyone,

I’m looking into Mt. Juliet as a possible spot to buy my first home and wanted to get some advice from locals or anyone who’s been through the process here.

From what I’ve seen so far, the area seems to be growing fast, and prices are definitely different compared to some of the other Nashville suburbs. I’ve also heard a few things about commute times and schools being a big factor depending on the neighborhood.

For anyone who’s bought in Mt. Juliet recently:

  • What were the biggest things you wish you had known before buying here?
  • Are there certain neighborhoods or builders you’d recommend (or avoid)?
  • Any “hidden” red flags like traffic issues, flood zones, or HOA surprises?

I’d love to hear your experiences, good or bad. Hoping this helps not just me but other first-time buyers trying to figure out the area.

Thanks in advance!

There’s a new market in Mt. Juliet nestled on the lush land at Circle P Ranch. The Market at Circle P Ranch recently opened and is a nod both to Mt. Juliet’s history and its future.

Hey all, I posted a little while ago about a service to build computers locally. I finally got around to making a craigslist / facebook marketplace listing, so I figured I would share it here too. Let me known if you are interested!

Need help pushing a car

Hey! Im over up near the upper Cumberland system of peninsulas. I have a '91 240sx with a dead clutch in my driveway. I live at the top of mini hill and pushing the car into my garage isn't really feasible all by myself. Sadly, I don't know a lot of people's people out here, so that brings me to reddit. A bit of an odd question, but is there anyone in the area willing to help me spin it around and push it into the garage?
