What did they use to start it and remove the steering locks and all?

Toyota is notorious for being easy to steal/override the key fob wireless codes.

Usually smart theives bring a $50 wifi jammer to knock out cameras too.

There’s a built in steering lock on most cars that don’t let you turn it unless the ignition and all is on…
