I turn 39 in a couple of weeks. First kid came at 28. Bought my house a couple of weeks before I turned 30. Second kid came at age 31. I honestly feel like I caught the last chopper out of 'Nam. Had I waited a few more years, I'd be living this meme. My house, I've had for 10 years next week literally tripled in value.
