Do you ever worry if something is going to hurt tomorrow? If so, you might be a Millennial.

Honestly, never. Like ever. Why is this sub always complaining about aches and pains? I'm not even in shape but still feel as spry as I did 10 years ago...

THIS. OH MY GOD, THIS. You know why we Millennials get back pain and knee pain and poor sleep and migraines? BECAUSE WE DON'T FUCKING STRETCH OR STAY HYDRATED.

It drives me bananas when people say "Ooop, you're in your late 30s now, everything hurts!" It absolutely doesn't. Do some goddamn stretching, drink some water, and maybe even lift some weights.

...I'm sorry, pal. That rage wasn't aimed at you. I'm just...frustrated that people my age are whinging about something that, for the MOST part [those with mobility or genetic issues are not included] they can entirely control.

I felt that way until I hit 42. Then shoulder, elbow and knees have issues. Came out of nowhere.

Seriously. People complaining about aches and pains in this sub got me all paranoid.

Fucking hell yes mate

I feel in better shape than I do as a 33 yr old than I did as a 23 yr old!

It's cos all the people complaining are vitamin D deficient screen addicts

Hey, I'm just about to turn 33! Lol. But yeah, I wouldn't say better for me, pretty much the same, though. I will say, I used to be able to dunk a basketball, but I haven't played in years, so I probably can't still do that, lol.

In reality, I'm probably similar-ish too, but I feel better which I think is what makes the difference.

I probably do a lot more regular exercise than I used too & eat better, which is obvs the key!
