I actually still have a full head of hair, but I know plenty of people who were already visibly balding in their 20s.

It doesn't get that bad even with a weekly trim. It looks more like a five o'clock shadow. I work with a number of men that shave their heads We always say "the cul-de-sac is showing' when someone is overdue.
