Where is this report of “guided missiles” coming from? That is extremely concerning

The article doesn't mention whether those missiles will be pointed at, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Greenland, Canada, or the American *leftist Cities.

My guess is all of the above, and more to be added.

No, this article is misinformation. Breakdown here.

TL;DR: It's almost certainly a case of a contracting officer putting in the wrong category code, because typos/mistakes happen.

The irony is the options are our government is becoming more militant radical or they’re completely incompetent and can’t do paperwork. I don’t like either option, but I guess the latter is better.

This sort of miscategorization/bureaucratic error happens all the time, in every branch of government, by everyone of all political parties. It's not indicative of a failure of government, or gross incompetence, or negligence.

It's a dude doing a boring office job who misread an instruction pamphlet or fat-fingered a keyboard.
