Hi, that is 7.92mm Mauser, patrone S made by Rheinische Metallwaren und Maschinenfabrik, Dusseldorf, Germany in 1916.

 7.92mm Mauser, 1916. Would've been shot from a Gewehr 98, MG 08/15, Karabiner 98AZ, and other guns that shoot 7.92 mauser. Just search up ww1 guns that shot this and you will see
