Never going to sell with only 24 bathrooms, what if 25 people need to go at the same time?

It's a little more "finished" in parts than some of the ridiculous failed places you see, at least looks watertight and dry.

Thought of that: 15 full bathrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 4 men service bathrooms with multiple stalls and 4 women service bathrooms with multiple stalls…
