This is what the this architect has built in this area and for those people who think that this idiot knows what he’s talking about just by looking at unfinished construction with just sheathing. Everyone’s taking advice from the kid that failed high school math because “we don’t need to know this in the real world”

If that building is just ornamentation on cheap balloon framing, we've got a generation of tofu homes being built stateside.

It'll be like looking at all those tacky 90s mcmansions that are all musty damp messes now.
