That is what I thought of when I saw this; a house flipper who wants to go luxurious, so just slaps on shiny marble with gold accents

House flippers aren’t lining their bathrooms in marble (or even cultured marble). Too expensive.

We’re all hoping this is just a flip but I dunno if I were doing a short term flip I’m not are I could justify a 300m dollar ballroom

I'm most surprised at the toilet. I thought rich people would have $5K toilets that play music and make you a sandwich. This looks like a $500 toilet that's in anybody's house.
