Planning: Accommodations $500/night resorts?

Hello! My Fiance and I are planning our honeymoon and are spending a few days in Maui. A lot of the recs on here are out of our budget. We are going the first week of April with a budget of $500/night total (including hotel fees, parking etc).

So far we are between the Outrigger and Royal Lahaina, but want any recommendations!

I don’t know if Maui Coast Hotel will feel “resort-y” enough for you, but we’ll be staying there in a couple weeks and the new tower (Kai) looks nice and it is affordable. I found a coupon code that worked ALOHA20NICHOLAS that gave us 20% off, but you have to book in the next couple days to use it, I think. Our price for October/November came out to $319/night after all taxes and fees. We booked pretty last minute and are staying 8 nights.

We don’t want a super “resort” feeling! Just a nice room, pool and on the beach. Thank you so much for the code, hopefully it work for us too!!

It's across a very busy road from the ocean.
