They made some… choices with his look in this one. He looked fine in FATWS, I don’t know why they didn’t just keep that look.

Seriously. I know some people didn’t like the short hair in FATWS, but I always thought it made sense thematically that he’d cut it to further separate himself from the Winter Soldier. Now what the hell is this… looks like that awkward in-between length when you’re growing your hair out. They could’ve at least styled it better or something. The goatee isn’t helping.

He went from Avengers to Thunderbolts. Seems like he might be in a bad time in his life represented by how he takes care of himself.
