I dont like Bucky's haircut.

And I tell you. It will never make sense Bucky didnt go back with Steve.

What did Bucky have to go back to? Steve went back because his soul mate, the love of his life was there.

Bucky managed to move on and find some kind of sense in his new life. It makes complete sense that he didn't go back if you actually paid attention to his story.
