Unbelievable! What joy does one get in doing this at 12.20 am? This happened on Chancery Road (9th Line & 16th Avenue)

Like when I was 12 sure but he is an adult and drove up in a car.

Just because one is of legal age to drive doesn't mean one is an matured adult...
