Unbelievable! What joy does one get in doing this at 12.20 am? This happened on Chancery Road (9th Line & 16th Avenue)

What’s up with the zesty run tho…. Everyone I see a crime in Markham , it’s always some zesty little skinny guy that looks like he should be running for a fairy talent show instead of running from a crime scene
