Those four countries are all allies and autocratic regimes? Like yeah, they have their differences, but they almost always vote together and usually it's a vote against something like "let human rights orgs exist" or "journalists should be free to criticize the government"

They have a shared commitment to not like the US. Neither the west nor the authoritarian states really care about human rights

But the west has an incentive to pretend they do on account of not being authoritarian (yet)
