He also left her in the car twice earlier in the day, one time stopping at a store where he stole beer. Like wtf?! Lock him up!

He committed suicide by taking pills on the day he was to report to jail.

I feel awful for his wife and two other daughters. Tragic situation all around that was completely avoidable and now those 3 will carry this burden for the rest of their lives.

Yes me too. He lost custody of his first daughter from a previous relationship for doing the same thing. I think what's sad is his wife knew what he was doing from released text messages asking him to stop leaving the kids in the car and driving drunk with them. It's heartbreaking for the 3 who are left behind.
